Should you need to return goods to us for any reason, please complete the RMA form here
You will be required to complete the form in full before it can be received by Ecopac Power for processing. This means you will need to make sure that you have inserted the details regarding the product code, it's serial number and your reason for the requested return.
We are unable to accept any goods without an RMA number. This can be obtained through emailing your account manager the completed RMA form, alternatively you can send your completed RMA document to info@ecopacpower.co.uk
No responsibility will be taken for goods returned to us via an untrackable shipping method.
Goods ordered in error are to be returned in pristine condition and in original packaging. A re-stocking charge may be applicable.
If a technical fault report is required, the goods will be sent back to the manufacturer. This will result in a longer turnaround time.

Please note: No claim for non-delivery or shortage of Goods Will be accepted unless notice in writing is given both to the carrier and the Company within seven days of the date of dispatch shown on the advice note.
